Everyone that is un-insured should have access to affordable health insurance coverage (especially in the United States of America). I don't think insurance agents and/or insurance companies have been neglecting the Hispanic market, I just think that not alot of people speak fluent Spanish (or enough to properly explain health insurance coverage inside and out). I think most people would be silly to not want to enter the Hispanic health insurance market.
